1. General Provisions and Definitions

• Any unauthorized access to an account must be reported to the support team immediately.
• A user may only play in their own interest and from their own account — not on behalf of a third party or as a professional player.

Account Verification (KYC)

The platform follows international Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. Before processing a withdrawal, or at any time, the platform may request documents for identity verification, proof of address or payment method verification. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3. Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process.
• Withdrawals may be held up if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals will be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.

Currency and Taxes

All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any matters relating to taxes or legal liability are entirely the user's own responsibility.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Newly registered users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The Wagering Requirement for this bonus is 15x (fifteen times) — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable once only and to one account per user.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — once it expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud and may result in account closure.
• The platform reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Winnings made using a bonus are subject to the wagering requirement.

5. VIP Membership and Rewards Program

bac77 runs a special VIP rewards program for its regular and loyal users. The program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's gaming activity. The platform reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash, though withdrawal is possible for bonuses subject to the applicable terms.

6. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

The following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting software or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Playing games using bots, automation tools or artificial intelligence.
• Harassing or threatening platform staff or other users.
• Misusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Attempting fraud by filing chargeback claims against the platform.

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is involved in any of the activities above, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the relevant account without prior notice.
